1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 8k80 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("User", "you", "your"). The 8k80 website, mobile version, and all associated services are covered by these Terms.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• Platform: The 8k80 website and all associated online services.
• Account: A user's registered profile, which provides access to the platform's services.
• Bet: Participating by staking money in any game or sports market.
• Bonus Funds: Money granted for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn until the relevant conditions are met.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 8k80 platform is strictly for adults. Only persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may create an account and play on this platform. 8k80 may request identity documents at any time to verify age, and providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonus funds will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes to name, address, or identification details must be reported to 8k80 support.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately. 8k80 will not be held responsible for account misuse by a third party.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

8k80 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase in cases of identity verification or security review.

3.4 Missing Deposits

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the relevant transaction.

3.5 Use of Personal Accounts

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4 Welcome Bonus & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

8k80 gives new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 (fifteen) times — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or any other dishonest means will be considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled after expiry. The detailed conditions of each bonus offer are stated alongside that offer.

4.5 Right to Modify Promotions

8k80 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. We will try to give as much advance notice as possible of any changes to ongoing offers.

5 VIP Program

The 8k80 VIP program has three tiers, offering additional benefits to regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. The detailed conditions of each VIP tier and the cashback calculation method are set out in the 8k80 VIP Policy. 8k80 reserves the right to modify VIP terms.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and upon discovery, the account will be immediately closed:

• Unauthorised interference with the platform's software or services.
• Fraudulent activity in any game or betting market.
• Coordinated or syndicate betting to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

Prohibited activities may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of all remaining funds.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Results

The results of all games and betting markets on 8k80 are determined through a fair and verifiable process. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result will apply.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

8k80 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances: technical error, fraudulent activity, incorrect odds being offered, or event cancellation.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies to each game and betting market. This limit is stated alongside the relevant game or market.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Bets in sports betting markets cannot be changed once confirmed. If odds change before an event begins, the original odds at the time of confirmation will apply to confirmed bets.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus funds in a closed account will be cancelled.

8.2 8k80's Rights

In the event of a breach of these Terms, 8k80 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

8k80 will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to internet connectivity issues.
• Problems caused by the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from disclosing an account password to another person.
• Any loss arising from using the platform outside of applicable law or from a prohibited region.

The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from their gaming activity.

11 Service Changes & Availability

8k80 reserves the right to change the service content, game selection, or betting markets at any time without prior notice. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance, technical upgrades, or other reasons.

12 Dispute Resolution

14 General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 8k80 and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.

If 8k80 does not enforce a condition, this shall not be taken as a waiver of that condition. All rights stated in these Terms are reserved in accordance with applicable law.
